Privacy policy

Floor Candy collects the details you send through the quote form or by phone and email — your name, contact details, suburb and whatever you tell us about your floor, including photographs — for the sole purpose of quoting and carrying out flooring work.

We do not sell your details to anyone. We do not share them except where it is necessary to do the job you have asked us to do.

Quote form submissions are delivered to us by email through Formspree, a form-handling service, which processes them on our behalf.

Analytics

This website records basic interaction events (for example, tapping the phone number or submitting the quote form) and may use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, so we can understand which pages generate enquiries. Where a marketing campaign sends you here, the campaign reference travels with the enquiry so we know which advert produced it.

Contact

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email floorcandyepoxy@gmail.com or call 0435 193 845.
