Before — the tiled floor as we found it
The floor before anything was touched. Tiles across the full floor, with the extraction gear staged in the back corner ready to start.

Part-way through preparation
The same room mid-preparation. This is the stage that does not appear on most flooring websites, because it is the stage that is neither the problem nor the result.

Back to substrate
The old surface taken back so the new system had something real to bond to. Dust extraction running throughout — the extractor is visible at the back of frame.

Finished — cream and tan flake
The completed floor. One seamless surface across the room, with no grout lines left to collect anything.

Why this one is worth showing

Because it is the argument this business is built on, in photographs. The finished floor took hours. Everything before it — the tiles coming off, the substrate being taken back, the dust being pulled out of the air — is what decides whether that floor is still there in ten years.

It is also an honest answer to a question we get asked constantly: can you coat over tiles? We do not. Tiles move in ways coatings do not forgive. What we do is take the floor back to something that will hold, and this job is what that looks like.

The service

The finish most people picture when they think of a coated garage floor — a hard-wearing base, flake broadcast through it, and a clear topcoat over the lot.
